M7 To Host Cranes Team Today

Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will this afternoon host the nation’s Football team, the Cranes to a send-off luncheon at the State House in Entebbe.
Mujib Kasule, the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) Vice President in-charge of the League and member of the technical committee told local media that the invitation to State House indicated that the President wants to have a send-off luncheon with the team.

But before the match against the West Africans, the Cranes travel to Botswana on Thursday ahead of an International friendly on August 31st in Gaborone. The team will return to Uganda on September 1st for a few hours before heading to Istanbul, Turkey for four days of training.
