How To Satisfy Her With A Small Penis

The average erect penis is 5.5 to 6.5 inches in length. If your penis size falls short of this and, as a result, you feel as though you’re at a disadvantage, you’re wrong.

Besides the fact is that it’s width that matters most anyway, and there are certain sexual positions that can help you get inside her deeper, so that she feels full and you feel large.
  1. Foreplay
As a rule of thumb, the closer she is to cumming with foreplay, the easier it will be for her to climax once you start penetrating her. It’s better still if you can make her climax at least once before getting into one of the following five small penis sex positions. Kiss her deeply, lick her clit, finger her, spank her, bite her nipples, whatever it is you need to do to get ‘er done.
  2. The Doggie
You may now enter. The woman should be positioned so that her head and shoulders rest comfortably on a pillow, while her butt is raised in the air. Additionally, her back should be arched and her thighs drawn together. Enter her from behind with your legs opened. Lean forward while penetrating her, maintaining close physical contact.
  3. The Snake
The woman lies flat on her belly, with her legs closed and a pillow under her hips. In an upright position, straddle her hips while keeping your knees bent. Place your genitals just behind her bottom and then gently spread her thighs just enough to allow penetration and slide your way in. Make sure to keep your weight off her body during intercourse. If need be, brace yourself against the wall or headboard, or bend forward until you’re able to touch the bed.
  4. V-Formation
While the woman lies on her back, move between her thighs and enter her as you normally would from a kneeling position. Next, lift her legs in the air, hold her ankles, and spread her legs apart, forming a V-shape. Again, you can brace yourself against the wall or headboard. You can also drape her legs over your shoulders.
  5. The Rabbit Ears
With the woman lying on her back, spread her thighs and draw her legs up until her knees are close to her ears. Don’t forget to slip a pillow under her bottom. This position allows you to penetrate her easily and deeply. If, after a while, the woman is having a hard time holding her legs in that position, you can hold her knees in place by hooking your arms in the crook of her knees. As a bonus, she can stimulate her clit in this position.
  6. Woman Sitting
The man stands or kneels while the woman sits on the edge of the bed. When the man enters her, it will be at a slight upward angle, so his penis should hit the top wall of her vagina.
To further ease any insecurities you may be having, let me assure you that there are plenty of women who would prefer a below average penis to an above average penis. I know I don’t enjoy having my cervix pummeled by a dick that’s the size of my forearm. The point is, the small size of a man’s penis need not affect the pleasure of intercourse for either the man or the woman

General David Sejusa shakes hands with President Yoweri Museveni at their meeting at State House, Entebbe
General Sejusa had on Thursday, January 02 announced to the press that he would not meet President Museveni unless certain conditions were met.
Among the conditions Sejusa set, he said he wanted a clarification on his position in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) from which he has since 1996 attempted to retire. He remains a serving officer.
General Sejusa also said he wanted guarantees on his personal safety as his life had been threatened during his time in exile in London, England by allegedly Ugandan government agents.
Sejusa also said that he wanted a discussion on the plot to assassinate senior government officials, including himself, he had authored before he fled the country in May 2013.
The publication of Sejusa’s letter led to the closure of two Ugandan papers; The Daily Monitor and the Red Pepper for a time.
The Saturday meeting at Entebbe State House was most publicly facilitated by a fellow serving General Elly Tumwine and Sejusa’s lawyers among them politician Michael Mabikke.
In a statement issued by Special Presidential Assistant Sarah Kagingo, President Museveni said he had personally handled General Sejusa’s surprise return to Uganda on December 14.
The press release sought to explain the circumstances of Sejusa’s return and clear perceptions that Sejusa had struck a secret deal with government to be allowed back into the country.
“Gen. Tinyefuza has been in London, but at some stage I came to learn that he wanted to come back. I sent three young people some of whom are here to contact Gen. Sejusa to establish whether he wanted to come back whatever happens”
President Museveni said Gen. Tinyefuza agreed to come home at his cost.
“I have been seeing in the papers that he was bribed, that we gave him money, that is not true. We had actually wanted to buy his ticket, he said no. He said he is a rich man. It is true that I told these young people that we would support him, but he declined.”
The President said because he handled Gen. Sejusa’s return himself, did not involve other people except the young people Michael Katungi and Janet Anyine.

Thieves Break Into Kasese Diocese Cathedral

Thieves on Sunday night broke into the Kasese Catholic Diocese cathedral church in Kasese town and took away property worth millions of Ugandan shillings

The Kasese Parish Curate Rev. Fr. Richard Sausi says that the thugs took away two sound mixers, an offertory box, choir uniform and a screen projector stand. The items were kept in the inside stores.
Fr. Sausi says the break in was discovered by the church altar boys as they prepared for the early morning mass.
Police were immediately called to the scene before prayers for the day could begin.
Fr. Sausi declined to reveal whether the offertory box had any money.
Hundreds of Christians throng Kasese Catholic cathedral every Sunday to attend the three different masses.
Police cordoned off the church premises and embarked on a search with the help of a sniffer dog. The search was not successful.
The police officer leading the operation but speaking on condition of anonymity because he is not supposed to speak on behalf of the force, told reporters that they will do whatever they  can to apprehend the suspects.
The officer said the dog had difficulty following the scent because the road from the church had a lot of human traffic. It is believed the thieves escaped through the mountains through Nyakabingo village.
Bob Kagarura the Kasese District Police Commander confirms the incident.
It is alleged that the thugs used master keys to gain access after breaking through the rear windows.
Fr. Sausi, who said that it was not the first time for the same cathedral to be broken into, condemned the practice and quickly called on the general public to desist from such sinful acts.
Pascal Thembo one of the Christians who had turned up for the morning mass regretted the incident which he said did not only puzzle them but also disrupted morning mass.
Chance Kahindo Sibyabugha, the Chairperson LC 3 of Kisinga sub-county in Kasese district has also revealed that a similar incident happened at an Anglican church near Kagando hospital on December 23, 2014. Thugs made off with the sound mixer and a piano.
Three months ago, the Kasese district chairperson LC5, Lt. Col. Mawa Muhindo led his famous “Operation Fagiya Uchafu” to recover a music system stolen from Kitabona Catholic church in Kyalhumba sub-county. The music system was recovered in a bar at Hamukungu landing site deep inside the Queen Elizabeth National Park.

KAMPALA, Uganda (AP) — A military general who recently returned from exile in Britain has been put under house arrest by soldiers, a Ugandan opposition group said Friday.
The group, Free Uganda, said the arrest of the four-star Gen. David Sejusa was "a cowardly act" by President Yoweri Museveni's regime.
Sejusa returned from exile in London in December and on Thursday told journalists that he had turned down Museveni's invitation to meet for reconciliation. He heads a political party opposed to what he says is Museveni's increasingly authoritarian rule.
Military spokesman Lt. Col. Paddy Ankunda said the military action is intended to give Sejusa protection. Government spokesman Ofwono Opondo tweeted: "the renegade and bellicose Gen. Sejusa has been put under military confinement by the Uganda People's Defence Forces or UPDF and is safer that way."
Journalists were barred by heavily armed military police from getting close to the scene.
The army had previously said Sejusa faces charges of treason, and some of his aides were arrested and charged with plotting to overthrow Museveni's government after he fled the country in April 2013.
At the time, he had written a letter to the domestic spy chief urging him to investigate allegations of a plot to kill high-ranking government officials seen as being opposed to the political rise of Museveni's son, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who runs the country's special forces. Many Ugandans believe Muhoozi is being groomed to succeed his father. Museveni denies it.

Police: Lukwago Lawyers Stage-Managed Police Brutality

Police has accused the lawyers representing embattled Kampala City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago for deliberately acting to discredit the force during the council session convened to impeach the Kampala Lord Mayor.
On the day the council voted Lukwago out of office, the High Court issued an injunction declaring the process null and void.
Lukwago’s lawyers were blocked from delivering the court order to Minister of the Presidency and Kampala Frank Tumwebaze. Tumwebaze was chairing the session.
Abdallah Kiwanuka, one of Lukwago’s lawyers managed to get past the KCCA gate but was brutally arrested and thrown out by heavily armed police officers. Video footage of the arrests were shown on several television stations across the country.
However, police has come out and denied the allegations of assaulting Kiwanuka. Police maintains that Kiwanuka simply acted to elicit public sympathy for Lukwago.
The comment was made by Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander Andrew Felix Kaweesi. Kaweesi claims that Kiwanuka provoked police by attempting to force his way into the hall despite repeated requests to leave City Hall premises.

The commander claims that when police tried to force him out, he threw himself down to the ground to portray that the police had brutally beaten him up. Kaweesi however says police will continue to act professionally when confronted by such people.
General Aronda Nyakairima, the Minister of Internal Affairs, says such acts of violence against police cannot be condoned. Nyakairima says police has always acted professionally and will continue to do so. He however says where there are cases of wrong behaviours by some officers, it will be investigated and culprits punished.
He castigated the act of Kiwanuka and other opposition politicians who always engage the police in running battles and says the force has the capacity to deal with such people.
Several government officials including the Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi and Minister for Kampala, Frank Tumwebaze have also condemned the Lukwago team for engaging in street protests. They say government will not relent in its responsibility to protect the residents and their property.
Uganda Law Society (ULS) of which the lawyer Abdallah Kiwanuka is a member have indicated they will sue individual police officers for the rough treatment he received.
